With reference to Hon’ble Supreme Court of India judgement regarding SLP 25208 of 2013 Narinder Kumar Sharma & Others and 20 Others SLPs decided on 30.04.2024 by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

All the Petitioners/ Beneficiaries/ Legal heirs of beneficiaries are requested to submit their representations/ documents for claim of payment of gratuity in time.
